Meet Rebecca

I'm so pleased to bring my experiences and skills to help others.  I love to see people grow and discover their capacity, and reach heights they didn't previously imagine. For most of my career, I learned and served using my energy and creativity inside highly structured organizations.  Now I get the privilege of serving  as a coach, trainer, and consultant.  

My whole life and career have been lessons in communication.   From an early  age I was an avid reader, talker, and lover of language.  As my work life led me into emergency services, I honed the special skills required to navigate the world of 911 dispatch.  I learned how to handle high conflict personalities,  work through emotional and traumatic scenarios, and ultimately earn the right to train others in crisis negotiations.  Along the way I enjoyed creating coalitions among teams, and learning multiple modes of technology.  Project management and training design wrapped into my responsibilities, along with public speaking and presentations.   Building teams further developed my coaching, analysis, and mentoring skills.   All of these experiences enhance my coaching and training service to my clients.
